[Skimmertalk] IBP beacon by CW Skimmer

Yes, Bob. setting of Aggregator is all O.K.

The reason why I cannot up IBP is that CW Skimmer copy these calls
always broken.

Today,only 4 IBPs in 10 hours although I can see singals
on CW Skimmer WF.

Another better way is may be use SkimServ and QS1R
I will try this.
