I  also  have  the  Sub-Rx  on  my K3.  I wonder if that wold solve my
question  about the need to set the K3 IF freq into the Tune-at box on
CWSkimmer?

How would I configure the K3 & CWSkimmer to emulate your setup for the K1N splits?
