When you have time, it would be great if you would download Aggregator 4 
beta 6 from the RBN web site 
<http://www.reversebeacon.net/downloads/aggregator/rbn_aggregator-40b6.exe> 
and run it in yourSkimmer/SkimServ installation feeding the RBN. This 
beta incorporates a feature that precisely adjusts  the computer clock 
it is running on, using NTP.  The purpose of having precise Aggregator 
time is to measure the delay between spots coming out of Aggregators and 
being posted on the web site/written to the database.
