[Skimmertalk] Two instances of CWskimmer in Win7? (Solved)

Thanks to the Jeffs, (K8ND and AC0C), I was able to get it going.  Many thanks!  K8ND 
had the easiest to implement solution, as it didn't require much typing, which seems to be 
a struggle for me today.
