[Skimmertalk] Increasing CW bandwidth with Skimmer Server with WIN8.1

My apologies if this has been covered before.

I'm familiar with editing the .ini file to increase the 160M CW 
bandwidth with Skimmer Server
on my WIN7 laptop, but I can't find an .ini file in any of the skimmer 
folders on my WIN8.1
netbook.

I'd like to receive spots from 1.800-1.860 kHz, but am currently not 
getting any spots above
the default 1.840 kHz.

Any suggestions would be vm appreciated.
