[Skimmertalk] Red Pitaya 122.88-16

The existing skimmer firmware will not work as is but Pavel Demin has
confirmed on Github (you can see
my conversation with him there) he will port both his 8-band SDR, the WSPR
and FT8 receviers to this new plaform.
