Sounds like it is beyond repair, especially if you ever transmitted on an
antenna at the same QTH, with no front end protector or "mute skimmer ant"
relay.  Were you using a 10 dB pre-amp too?

Do you see any error messages in CW Skimmer Server or does it appear to
connect and behave just fine, but with very few "decoders" listed.

If there are no messages in CW Skimmer Server, everything looks normal (two
green check marks at bottom left corner of SkimSrv UI) you should see the
DC current drawn by the QS1R go up significantly when you start CW Skimmer
Server, then go down when you exit, especially if skimming 7 bands x 192
kHz.

Chances are you should consider upgrading to a Red Pitaya + Transformer, or
wait for the new Red Pitaya to become available.
