[Skimmertalk] can't find SkimSrv.ini

Entering your registration code in CW Skimmer AGAIN (even though it shows
as already registered) may help, especially if you don't see your name in
the title bar of CW Skimmer Server.

To locate SkimSrv.ini (which may be in a VirtualStore folder), try the
following:

   1. Start an Administrator Command Prompt (Shortcut:  Windows Key + X, A)
   2. CD \
   3. dir SkimSrv.ini /a /b /s
