Tim,

On Windows, did you edit

*%appdata%\Afreet\Products\SkimSrv\SkimSrv.ini*


before starting the program?  Lines in that file define how many receivers
are expected to be accessed and available in the HPSDR emulation.  Start
with just two receivers selected.

For example, on HF with eight receivers, I have these critical lines (in
addition to all the others in the file):
