Hi Bob,
It needs a bit more work to confirm what's happening, but I've just got 
the CW SkimSrv locked to the RTP_HPSDR .
I changed the line in the [Skimmer] section from "Rate=0" to "Rate=2".  
Not sure what the value of 0 means.
The error message "Too many receivers selected" (which has been there 
for many weeks) finally makes sense.
When I selected only one band to scan in the GUI, it was fine - two 
check-marks at the bottom of the window !
RTTY Server isn't quite as obliging and failed to work, but it seems to 
be very similar in parameters, although the GUI is not the same.
It's too late here to continue tonight - more work tomorrow.
