[Skimmertalk] RTTY Skimmer 1.3 SDRPlay Windows 10

Note. I previously had this setup working on a Windows 7 PC.
Set up a new PC (well really a new HDD in the existing PC after removing the old HDD) installed RTTY Skimmer Server 1.3 on a Windows 10 64bit PC into a writable folder called Radio off of the C:\ root, fired it up and as expected it complained that it could not see my SDRPlay RSP 2, fine all looking good so far.
So powered it down, deleted the installed Qs1rIntf.dll file and installed the SDRPlayIntf.dll file from Steve N2IC.  Started RTTY Skimmer Server 1.3 again and it complained that it cannot load the interface DLL i.e. Steve's SDRPlayIntf.dll.
Has anyone got this working on a Windows 10 64bit PC if so any pointers to what my problem is.
