[Skimmertalk] Aggregator 4.4 doesn't work any more. Aggregator 5.0 OK.

Mine was working fine until I restarted after a Windows Update last 
night.  I suppose it's possible that there was a RBN side issue but it 
sure seems suspicious that it's PERFECTLY correlated with the Windows 
Update.  Here I'm running 4.4 on Win7x32.
