[Skimmertalk] QS1R under SkimSrv cycles between ready/usb bulk read failed

Did you have any cooling fan on it?  Most QS1Rs eventually fail due to heat
without one, usually the 5V regulator.

Check the 2A power supply voltage, with and without the QS1R loading it
down (it's normal for PS voltage to drop below 5V when the QS1R is running
Skimmer Server).
