[Skimmertalk] CWSL and HPSDR

In HDSDR (not HPSDR), try Options (F7), Calibration Settings, S-Meter
Calibration tab, and follow the prompts.

Let us know what value you get for Scaling Factor 16 in Extio_CWSL.
