[Skimmertalk] [RBN-OPS] Alternate 5V power supply for Red Pitaya?

This thread was started on SkimmerTalk, so let's keep it there please.
It's not an issue of the software on the RP. SkimSrv produces the same
error message "Too many receivers" for dozens of different reasons,
including interruptions to Ethernet connections, Router reboot, opening the
RP UI with a web browser and restarting an app, Aggregator restarting
SkimSrv on a schedule, changes to band coverages when using CWSL_Tee , etc.
The only unique situation here is that the power supply fan is speeding up
and slowing down. The RP software doesn't support variable fan speeds.
Perhaps 3D2AG's fan is clogged and not spinning freely, causing too much
current drain, and it only crashes when the CPU also starts drawing a lot
of current, which only happens when SkimSrv starts streaming data from the
receivers in the RP.
