[NZ4O Spaceweather] Solar Minimum VS Global Warming

Hi Andy Dr. Tony Phillips does work with NASA but I can't say for sure that 
www.spaceweather.com is an official web page for NASA. As the NASA logo is 
not found on the web page the it may belong to Dr. Tony Phillips.

It is kind of hard to keep track of solar, space, geomagnetic weather data 
collection, study and forecasting as a number of federal government entities 
are involved. You have NASA, NASA GSFC, USAF, NOAA/SWPC, NSA and some others 
that I forget about that are involved in the realm and none work together.
