Here's to hoping this message gets through....

an alternate source of information, which I am NOT associated with, is
www.solarcycle24.com (note it's .com, while Tom's is .org)

This has been around for a couple of years now and has daily information 
and sunspot information.  If Tom is shutting down, this is a great 
alternate source.

You can also get updates from the Space Weather Prediction Center 
(google it) sent via email daily alerting you of new sunspot groups, 
solar predictions, etc.
