I am not sure where you have this site Hosted. You might try www.1&1.com. They have multi hosting locations here in the US, Europe, and Asia.
I know many people that use them and they seem to have you very good luck. They also have a staff to find out where the Server Attacks are coming from and take the appropriate action.
