Nasa's Space Weather Prediction Center

ou can click on the right side "email products" and sign up for free 
lerts and solar condition updates.  You can get the solar flux/a/k 
mailed to you every 3 hours.  They do alerts for major events, and 
rovide a forecast every few days.
and
www.solarcycle24.com - i view this page daily, he talks about new 
unspots, forecasts, predictions, etc.
