Globally with the possibility that the daily background x-ray flux will be
at B1 or higher, a daily sunspot number as high as 65 and loosely related
solar flux level as high as 96 an increased F layer MUF will positively
impact 20, 17, 15, 12 and 10 meter propagation conditions.
