>From here in Florida today I'm seeing some good local afternoon radiowave
propagation conditions into Africa on 15 meters. I worked TJ9PF on RTTY, the
DXpedition in Cameroon and TL0A on USB in the Central African Republic. I'm
using my 300 foot long horizontal loop up at 35 feet. It's a fullwave length
long on 80 meters.

Guys and gals for the past year plus I have been harassed and stalked by a
fellow ham by the name of Anthony E. Good (Goodie), K3NG concerning my
radiowave propagation forecasts, etc. His most recent ploy was to send the
below included email to QRZ.com.
I won't let him join this email reflector because of his poor behavior. He
would be a big disruption here. Out of many many hundreds of hams he is the
only one that I have denied admission too.

NZ4O has been promoting his propagation reflector in his weekly
propagation postings on QRZ and more recently in his "New Free Condensed
HF Only Radiowave Propagation Forecast" posting noting:
"I'm producing a new free condensed HF only radiowave propagation
forecast via email. You can sign up for it at
http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/spaceweather . Below is
an example of what you will receive."
However, it's apparently not an open reflector. I attempted to
subscribe and he rejected my request with "No demon influenced whack job
liberals allowed." That's fine if he wants to run his own politically
oriented reflector, but it's misleading for him to represent it as a
propagation oriented reflector for all radio amateurs on your amateur
radio site. It's clearly not. I know that QRZ doesn't have a say in
who he allows to join his list, but it's not right to allow him to offer
viewers "free services" that he clearly doesn't offer to everyone.
