Note!!! As of radiowave propagation forecast #2011-10 I'm going to end 
production of the LF, MF and 6 meter radiowave propagation forecast aspects 
of this bulletin and place sole emphasis on HF. I've decided to do this as 
the whole package is very time consuming and there seems to be little demand 
for all, other than the HF radiowave propagation forecast.
