[NZ4O Spaceweather] Geomagnetic Storming

The CME induced geomagnetic storm occurred beginning on 2100 UTC Thursday 
March 10, 2011 and continues this morning. So far the Kp has reached a 5, 
which is minor geomagnetic storming. At mid latitudes the K has reached a 4, 
which is active geomagnetic conditions.

.....As the CME was geoeffective (earth facing) a significant geomagnetic 
storm
will commence during the Wednesday-Thursday March 09-10 period. I expect
minor geomagnetic storming (Kp-5) at mid and low latitudes with moderate
geomagnetic storming (Kp-6) at high latitudes.....
