[NZ4O Spaceweather] HF Radiowave Propagation Forecast Update

With the increase in the daily sunspot count I've made a change to my HF 
radiowave propagation forecast.

I upgraded 10 meters from Fair to Fair to Good and during the weekend 10 
meters from Fair to Good. So if you enjoy 10 meter operation with a dipole 
and 100 watts or less it's a good weekend for it.
