But once again guys and gals you have to unsubscribe yourself at the bottom 
of the web page at http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/spaceweather 
. Just enter the email address that you subscribed with and hit the 
"Unsubscribe or edit options" button and follow the simple procedure.
