[NZ4O Spaceweather] Upward Trend Continues

As of this morning UTC the solar flux reached 106.1 and the sunspot number
91, as the upward trend continues. Radiowave propagation conditions should
improve once again but not until the current moderate (Kp-6) geomagnetic
storming subsides.
