Omni VI -> computer interface

I am having some problems getting my Omni VI to talk to my computer 
logging programs - TRLOG and HYPERLOG. If anyone here has successfully 
configured their VI with either of these programs, I would like to know 
the details of the cable and baud rate, etc.
