Wow.  I switched back to the original 4 pole filter and took out
the 8 pole filter.  Got lots more power out.  Put the 8 pole back
in, power out went way down.

Have I set the carrier oscillators to somewhere outside the passband
of the filters?  Would this make sense?

I guess I need to borrow a freq counter to set it on specs, then
fiddle a little to get it right to my ear.  I am mostly concerned
that I get the CW center frequency for the IF filters at 750 Hz
to match the audio filters.
