[TenTec] TITAN Questions

Anyone ever experience any instability with the Titan on 10 meters? If
so, any cures etc. Feedback of any kind welcome. Also, I'm hearing a low
hum from the power supply when i key it even with no power. Don't know if
I always had it and didn't notice or if it's new. Ideas here? Tks
