[TenTec] T-Kit 1340 Problem

            I am having trouble with a tentec 1340 qrp rig. The 
receiver seem to work fine but I have very low transmit power (< .1 
watt). I have checked all parts they seem to be in the right place 
and have checked for cold solder joints and bridges. I have checked 
with a scope ahead of the low pass filter and power output is low 
there as well.
          Does anybody have any ideas or would somebody have a 
schematic that has test voltages.
