[TenTec] OmniVI+option 3 birdie

I recently purchased a used OmniVI and then had it upgraded to option 3.
It has developed a strong birdie in the middle of 20m cw band ! 99% sure it
wasn't there before the upgrade. It shows up, rock solid, T9X, at 14039.xx at
S7-S8. The simple suggestions from TT service didn't clean it up. Before I
start poking around more seriously, I would like to know if any others have
had such a birdie show up on their VI and if there was a fix?

Otherwise VERY satisfied with the rig...
