Bob you can do this if your email_thingie has the ability to 
edit the:

TO:      tentec-REQUEST@contesting.com
FROM:    <your friend's email_thingie address>
SENDER:  <your email_thingie address>

fields in the outgoing message. These automated sign-on programs
usually key on the 'FROM' field in the message. If you can't get
it to work on your end there, send me his adress and I will be
glad to do it here for you both...
