Hi Carl,

In my humble opinion I would say the only reason to buy the Paragon over the
Omni V is if general coverage is an important issue.

The Paragon is my current rig and I am pleased with its performance.

If you are staying strictly on the ham bands, you would want to take
advantage of the slightly improved receiver on the Omni V.

I have an opportunity to buy either one of these rigs.  I work mostly
SSB not cw and would like opinions of the pro's/con's of either rig.  I
know this is pretty subjective but I need to make the decision soon and
would apreciate the feedback.
