The others have hit the main points, but there is one interesting and little
known difference.  The C I has a band data plug which gives it the ability to
bandswitch the solid state linear or select different antennas (if you're
clever).  That feature is available on all series of the Omni, even the Omni A
(through the Omni VI.)  The Corsair II is the only radio in that series that
doesn't have this feature.
