[TenTec] OMNI VI filter buttons sluggish

Hello All:

Ever since my OMNI VI came back from the option 3 upgrade,
the new filter switching buttons were a little harder to 
push in to engage the filters.  I have been very busy and
not operating much, never thought much about it.  BUT,
now it is becoming harder and harder.  Anyone experience
this?  Is there a few clips or other hardware that holds
that plastic faceplate on that might be tightened?  It seems
that when I push in on the gray faceplate, the buttons work
as I expect them to work.  Any ideas?
