[TenTec] How do I rebuild the PTO?

I just acquired an "as new" Corsair I. It is in good shape but desperately
needs to have the PTO rebuilt. I understand that the problem has something to
do with the original grease becoming hardened. Can someone help me with some
basic instructions on how to rebuild a Corsair I PTO? Are there any pitfalls
that I should be aware of?
