[TenTec] ARGOSY II FEEDBACK

Hi folks,
I was looking for a back-up rig for my OMNI-D and one that was "field
friendly" for both QRP/QRO CW and SSB operations (fielddays, RVing).

I have read alot of discussions both pro and con on the SCOUT but was
wondering about the ARGOSY II (#525D) for overall operation.There has been
some criticism about the SCOUT for cw ops and was wondering if the ARGOSY II
has any QUIRKS. I would appreciate any feedback. (WARC and 160M is not
important for my ops)
