[TenTec] Omni D TVI problems

reminds me that I am causing my neighbor some trouble with RFI on his tv.
Seems he's got one of these amplified tv/am/fm antennas. Funny thing is I
have one that is in the attic near my dipole, I only give the tv trouble on
15 and 10m, but his tv is clear down the otherside of the row of houses and
his is only affected by 20m.
Nice part is he is more upset over the idea I might get in trouble if
someone were to complain to the FCC. He isn't all that upset and figures it
may be his antenna. Hmmm, nice neighbor.
any ideas appreciated.
