[TenTec] On Contact Cleaning

My experience trying WD-40 as a penetrating oil has been that I would
have been better off to have dropped what I was trying to do, cleaned
up, locked up and gone off after liquid wrench or pierce that really
penetrates. Even if I had to wait until morning to find a store open. So
I quit trying WD-40. When it doesn't work its not worth owning.
