Do not use any  thing not specifically designed for the app.
Mineral oil is the one exception, although it is not the top
choice.
Also, do not use transformer oil that is more than a few years old
as the older oils contained PCBs.
Go to you local power company, and introduce yourself to one of
the electrical linemen. He'll have access to good quality transformer
oil and will arrange to sell you a gallon at their cost.
The requirement for the oil is a good dielectric at rf frequencies,
and good cooling properties. So don't listen to the odd suggestions.
