[TenTec] OMNI VI + TROUBLES

Has anyone came out with a book that covers all the fixes for the troubles
on the Omini VI + ?  Has Ten Tec incorporated any of the fixes that I see
here on the thread for all of these troubles or is the customer still
responsible for them?
