The same thing happened to me, Joe.  I spoke with Ten-Tec about this and
they allowed as how that sig there was so weak it just wasn't a good
place
to detect the 7mhz signal.  Don't worry, as it sounds like you are
confident
at this point with having everything correct.  Keep on! and good luck.
