[TenTec] Corsair 1 Sideband generation on 30 meters???

Hi Y'all,

A question came up this morning, and I don't have the answer to it.  Which
sideband {LSB or USB} does the Corsair 1 pick when tuned to 30 meters?  While
there is no SSB operation allowed on 30 meters, it is important for other
allowed modes that use SSB [such as PSK31, AFSK, etc.].

Anybody know the answer to this?  I've also heard that in the SB-N position,
the Corsair 1 chooses LSB instead of USB [no doubt because of the frequency
mixing scheme employed in the radio].
