[TenTec] WARC on Delta 580

Thanks everyone for all the help. I called TenTec this morning and ordered the
xtals and a manual. I'm not quite sure why 30 Meters isn't working but
hopefully it will become evident with the manual.
BTW they verified that the display will appear to be OK without the xtals
installed.
