[TenTec] Pegasus question

How long does it take to sweep a band ?  e.g. if I were on 15 and wanted a
quick look at 20. how long would I be off of 15 ?

The spec states that the software runs on Windows 3.1.  Does that mean that
only a 16 bit executable is available ?  Is there also a 32 bit executable ?
NT compliant ?
