By far the best at high speeds, 40+, is to use the full words.  The
reason
these funny abbreviations came about in the first place is due to slow
speed
and the need to abbreviate things to get information across faster.

What a pleasure it is to rock back and copy 40+ in full text mode. Just
like reading a book.
