[TenTec] Omni C AGC problem after mod.

Due to lack of information I will make a few assumptions. If your are
referring to the 4.7uf capacitor (C22) on the I.F.-AGC board as the one you
reduced to 1uf then that's fine and it will shorten your AGC decay time. But
putting that 3.3uf cap across the QSK switch was certainly the wrong move.
All that would do is slow down your QSK as you found out. You can't use that
switch for ACG timing control. QSK and AGC are independent functions. Remove
the 3.3uf and you will have the same radio but with fast AGC which,
personally I wouldn't care for. If you're looking for a switch to use as an
AGC speed control then consider the Offset Select controls which some
operators seldom use.
