[TenTec] Omni VI Logic Board Rework

Just for the sake of mentioning it...  I have noticed that the chip with
the label (there are two on the board) towards the front, the logic chip,
is a focal point for lots of RF.  Try putting your finger near, or
touching it while listening to the receiver.  It generates a whole bunch
of stuff.
