[TenTec] "Problem" with FM Board

Greetings keepers of the RED DOTS!

I put my Paragon with the FM board on ten meters (29.6 FM) today and was 
looking at it on the monitor scope. Looks fine until I modulate the rig and 
there is what appears to be about 30 percent AM modulation. I have had QSOs 
with the rig so I know it has FM deviation (though I have never had it on a 
'service monitor'). Seems like a lot of residual AM.

Does any one know if this is normal?
