Adding a note about the TT rigs that I have, the Triton IV's
either digital or analog, the noise blankers seem to be the best for
taming the electric fences. The Scout will do it but also the Jones
filter has to be tightned down. The Delta was so so but I never
tweaked with the NB, so it was probably my fault. I had an
Alinco DX77T for SWLing and a general coverage receiver and
it was not up to TT standards, the popping was there, yuk! And
it is gone, I went back to homebrew receivers.
